This presentation will describe how to build an Inclusive and Diverse workforce. It will present the playbook created by CRH I&D team that was built on a tier system to help business understand where they should start and what elements they should look at introducing first: Tier 1 (Basic); Tier 2 (Competent) and Tier 3 (Mature). The Playbook will outline guiding principles for building an inclusive culture and will discuss Leadership, Environment, Training, Recruitment, Employee Development, Programs, Policies & Processes. This presentation will also cover the key performance indicators to use to understand if you are having an impact with the work that you and your team are doing.
