Sustaining Members

What is a sustaining Member?

Sustaining Members of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) are major industry leaders. Their commitment to the advancement of the global tilt-up industry is unsurpassed. They see the parallel between contributing to the good of the industry and the benefit to their company and they have made the conscious decision to lead with an active role and example.

As Sustaining Members, these companies are investing in the future of our industry. They understand that the TCA is motivated by two fundamental charges: to develop and expand tilt-up concrete markets and to maintain a professional stature as the authority on the subject of tilt-up concrete. Moreover, they understand that these two ambitions encompass the core responsibilities of the TCA and represent the most valuable long-term benefits to member companies; a force advocating for increased demand of your product, and the resources to improve that product that are second to none.

HOW ARE SUSTAINING MEMBERS MAKING AN IMPACT?

The foundational support of Sustaining Members is at the core of this Association. Financially, these companies contribute to the stability and resiliency of this Association, resulting in strength to weather the influence of economic and other crises while maintaining service, support and even growth.

Additionally, the dedicated support and involvement of their employees participating on committees, attending events and challenging the award programs, fosters a core group of individuals with boots on the ground furthering our mission.

Sustaining Members of the TCA also contribute funding for special projects and research opportunities such as the TCA’s collaboration with the Air Force Research Laboratory to study the blast load resistance of traditionally-reinforced tilt-up panels. Research propels the industry into new markets, creating opportunities for new jobs, new technologies and the overall expansion of the industry.

Finally, part of the support the TCA receives from Sustaining Members is focused on the future of this industry through valuable educational outreach. Programs such as the TCA Annual Student Design Competition, complimentary student passes to convention and complimentary student memberships that include access to TCA resources are essential to the future of our industry.
