Overview

A Tilt-Up design proved to be the answer to the developers needs for an efficient and tasteful, Medical Office Building located on the coast of North Carolina. Tilt-Up's proven ability to withstand the elements of a coastal location and accommodate the local architecture were key to this successful project.

Speed of the construction and the cost advantages of Tilt-Up helped the developer create a high end complex, demanding Class A leasing rates, with Class B costs.
