Brad Nesset
President
Brad Nesset is Regional President for Leviat in North America. He leads a team of more than 400 employees at nine manufacturing and distribution facilities across the United States and Canada. As the son of Thermomass founder Bob Long, Brad has been a part of the concrete construction industry his entire life. Since earning his degree in construction management from the University of Northern Iowa, Brad has built an extensive career with sales and leadership positions at The Dow Chemical Company, Thermomass and later Meadow Burke. After CRH acquired Thermomass in 2014, Brad served as Commercial VP for Meadow Burke, helping shepherd the unification of CRH’s construction accessories subsidiaries - including Meadow Burke, Thermomass, Halfen, and others – into Leviat, where he assumed the role of Regional President in 2021. Brad has also served on a variety of industry committees, including a role on the Tilt-Up Concrete Association’s Board of Directors from 2015 through 2018 and as that group’s President in 2019. A native of Ames, Iowa, Brad still resides in the community with his family.

Founded in 1986, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) strives to improve the quality and acceptance of site-cast Tilt-Up construction - one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, combining the advantages of reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction and minimal capital investment.
