Matt Bell, PE, is a project manager and structural engineer who specializes in designing facilities with tilt-up concrete panels. His experience includes single- and multistory buildings for educational, retail, manufacturing and public clients. Matt has extensive knowledge of the design-build process, and he regularly provides construction inspection services and on-site field support. Matt is a member of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association’s board of directors and chairs the TCA’s Engineering Manual committee.
