Summarize the project's program, features, and achievements: The total transformation of this 200 acre site includes a 1.6-mile performance track, two off road experience tracks, a 2-acre skid pad, a 37,000 square foot corporate event center that can seat 1,200 people, a community pool, and 16 tilt-up industrial buildings that will house over 300 individual car condos units for automotive enthusiasts. The 16 buildings along the track and around the community pool are 36’ high tilt-up buildings with an eco-friendly exterior finish which includes an exposed sealed concrete finish. Custom formliner designed to replicate tire tracks, reveal, and almost 50,000 holes made to look like snap ties highlight the architectural exterior features. Each of the units have balconies and are hurricane rated.
