Savannah Port Logistics Center Phase 2 is a new 1,130,419 SF distribution facility located in Pooler, Ga. This building is just 8 miles from the Savannah Port in Georgia making it one of the most significant industrial facilities available on the East Coast. This project included 1,129,920 SF of SOG with 8" reinforced concrete for flooring. Concrete paving for this project included 579,718 SF of HD paving and 117,835 SF for dock apron space. Panel construction for SPLC was comprised of 228 tilt-up panels with the total wall surface area being 246,675 SF. All tilt panels were erected by Full-Tilt Crane Services, a subsidiary of Martin Concrete Construction. In total this logistics center will allow for 3,300 container storage spots, 490 rail car spots, and transloading capability and dual rail service. Savannah Port Logistics Center Phase 2 is one of the facilities located at the 190-acre industrial real estate and logistics campus with direct access to the Port of Savannah allowing for easier access to distribution chains along the east coast.

This project is an addition to the already existing real estate and logistics campus with direct access to the Port of Savannah. The added resources to the area will allow for more container storage and rail cart spots and will serve as one of the most significant facilities available on the east cost in terms of port logistics and transportation.
