Summarize the project's program, features and achievements.
The project consists of the design-bid-build construction of a four-story Class A office building. The overall area of the building is 105,600 square feet (i.e., 26,400-square-foot footprint). Building dimensions are 110 feet deep by 240 feet long. Floor-to-floor height is 15 feet at the ground level and 14 feet for all elevated levels. The building envelope includes concrete four-story tilt-up panels with large expanses of glass curtainwall, including prominent column-free curtainwall at the corners. The elevated floors and roof cantilever beyond the primary building entrance on the north entrance. The curtainwall on the ground level is setback on the east side to create a covered walkway.
