Camwest Office Building

CamWest is a 4-story office building in Bryan, TX. A curtainwall glazing system highlights the corner entry of the HSC Parkway frontage and allows ample light into the interior and views to the exterior. The overall building’s exterior is made up of painted tilt-up concrete panels, formliner fin walls, ribbon windows of the frontage elevations and punched glazing wrapping around the remainder of the building with a continuous canopy integrated into the building at the entry. Each corner of the building allows for maximum visibility with continuous glazing and no column obstruction. The building features a unique one story lobby that incorporates angled walls and ceilings, leading visitors into the space.
