The Riverfront Medical Center, located in St. George, Utah, is a three-story tilt-up concrete medical office building and one of the first projects in Utah to implement Knotwood aluminum paneling. The facility's exterior combines integral colored exposed concrete with sandblasted reveal accents and woodgrain Knotwood paneling. Large sections of the vertical reveal panels are actually separate panels that are used to hide the joints. Uniquely shaped, overlapping tilt-up panels extend from the corners of the tilt-up shell to create varieties in dimension and a distinctive design, with knife panels framing each entrance. The woodgrain paneling extends into the interior of the building's main corridor to provide accents throughout each floor. One especially unique element is the exposed interior tilt-up concrete panels within the office's lobby area. The medical specialties inside the Riverfront Medical Center include physical therapy, audiology, ENT, etc., and are housed on all three levels of the building.
