Frank's International Alvin - Office
This project is a two-story tilt-wall office and sky bridge, and pre-engineered metal building pipe manufacturing facility. The tilt-wall was featured as three dynamic wing walls that were shifted to conceal the PEMB truck court area and allow for shading within the office area. The tilt-wall office is interrupted by the conventionally built sky bridge, which connects the two buildings. It utilizes 1-inch insulated low-e vision and spandrel glazing.
