ESI Lab 2.0
Prescription giant Express Scripts' Class-A office building creates a visual bridge to the Express Scripts corporate campus. The pure form and architectural language respects the existing corporate buildings across the highway while taking cues from the adjacent Technology and Innovation Center.
The design utilized site cast, tilt-up concrete walls, metal panels and highly efficient glass. This 234,000-square-foot office and data center features a 13,000-square-foot data center with high levels of security provisions and backup systems. The core and shell project was completed on a fast-track schedule of 10 months for design and construction.
