Ed McGuire, FTCA
President
Ed McGuire is the President of Bob Moore Construction. Since 1992, Mr. McGuire has provided executive level oversight for all construction and field operations for the company. Under his leadership the company has received numerous awards, including the AGC General Contractor of the Year Award ; Outstanding Construction Award from Texas Building Branch/AGC; various TCA and AGC safety awards, and TCA’s Achievement Award. Mr. McGuire has served on a variety of prestigious industry committees and boards for the TCA and ACI, improving the quality and safety of concrete construction around the United States.

Founded in 1986, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) strives to improve the quality and acceptance of site-cast Tilt-Up construction - one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, combining the advantages of reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction and minimal capital investment. Over 10,000 buildings, enclosing more than 650 million square feet, are constructed each year using this construction method.
