Amy recognizes the success of a project begins with a strong client relationship. Developing the initial design concept into a built project and understanding the clients’ expectations is an asset she brings to every client and team. She prides herself on her diverse architectural skill-set and numerous projects she has led through construction. Amy enjoys and appreciates the challenge of collaboration within the architecture industry and has focused her 22 years career around designing for Institutions of Higher Education. With experience in large, mixed-use projects, her portfolio includes laboratories, student centers, residential life, fitness/wellness, athletic, general classroom, libraries, allied health, parking structures and everything in between. Her 11 years at Clayco/Lamar Johnson Collaborative has brought her to a higher level of understanding within the Design-Build and integrated delivery method. Working closely with Clayco on the majority of her projects, the collaborative spirit within the firm has given her significant construction knowledge which translates to better serving the clients' needs, budget, and aesthetic.
