T/LT Mentor Program: The T/LT Mentor Program stands as a proactive leadership initiative aimed at fostering the growth and development of Emerging Leaders within the Tilt-Up industry, thereby securing the enduring strength and relevance of Tilt-Up in the broader building sector. Through this exclusive program, emerging leaders are carefully matched with mentors who serve as immediate wellsprings of experience and expertise. These mentor-mentee pairs engage in self-directed meetings, delving into topics deemed pertinent for their personal and professional advancement.
