Job Description

TAS Commercial Concrete Construction has an immediate opening for an Estimator, in Dallas, TX. This position is accountable for training, estimating process improvement, bid reviews, and normal estimating.

Qualifications

BS Degree in Construction Management or related discipline required and a minimum of 5 years’ field and/or estimating experience in commercial concrete construction, or equivalent work experience required.

Prior work experience in structural and light commercial concrete required.

Must have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with others.

A high level of analytical ability.

A positive can-do attitude.

Excellent computer skills required, preferably including Microsoft Office, ICE, Timberline, Quest, WinEst, or similar estimating programs.

Ability to perform in high-stress situations and meet deadlines.
