Gateway 270

Tilt-Up was utilized for these three buildings, totaling 251,400 square feet, because of the architectural freedom provided by the building method, such as the curtain wall above the entries. There is 1/4 inch spandrel glass on an aluminum track, and the tallest panel is about 35 feet, with the heaviest panel weighing about 55,000 lbs.

The completed facilities cost about $22.50 per square foot and construction was completed in 222 days. Meadow Burke accessories and TEX-COTE paint were utilized.
