Designed to meet the critical needs of a hyperscale data center facility, this 77,000-square-foot structure features 27,760 square feet of Thermomass integrally insulated concrete tilt panels. Each panel is meticulously engineered with 4-inch interior and exterior wythes and a 2-inch central insulation layer, ensuring optimal thermal performance and durability. A key achievement of this project was the successful delivery of the cutting-edge data center under a highly accelerated timeline. The compact site and tight schedule presented significant challenges, yet the team adhered to strict deadlines without compromising quality. The use of advanced materials, such as Thermomass panels and fiber composite connectors, further highlights the project's commitment to sustainability and innovation. Our team successfully overcame several notable challenges during the construction process. These included navigating a tight schedule that required precise coordination and efficient execution, implementing the innovative Thermomass insulated tilt panel system, and maintaining the structural integrity and thermal performance of large tilt panels. Additionally, we ensured strict adherence to rigorous data center security and compliance standards while effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders to achieve the project’s goals.
