This Project is a new 136,935 S.F. refrigerated distribution center facility for Whole Foods located in Aurora Colorado. The 35-degree cold dock has 30 dock positions consisting of continuous recessed pits with vertical storage levelers. There are freezer, meat, dry cooler, and wet cooler storage areas, engine room, and administration offices.
