City Creek Reserve Building C

Summarize the project's program, features, and achievements: Stout's talented management team worked closely with owners and design team members to construct a beautiful tilt-up building in the industrial area southeast of Salt Lake City's airport. This 350,000+ SF structure required three and a half days to lift 130 panels of various sizes. Subcontractors worked incredibly well together. They respectfully followed each other as the building went up, sharing the site for such a large project. White, light gray, and dark gray painted panels are framed by simple, water-efficient landscaping. Great care and years of experience went into each phase of this project to construct an impressive new warehouse.
