Wagner Tuning

Summarize the project's program, features and achievements.

Wagner Tuning is a project that was designed for a high-performance automotive parts manufacturer from Germany. The project was through Kilgore Economic Development Corp., at Synergy Park in Kilgore Texas. This is a 53,000 sq. ft. tiltwall manufacturing and distribution facility with an office/showroom component at the front of the building. The building's design was kept simple and straight forward with minumin reveals on the majority of the building elevations, with the exception of the front entry corner where the storefront is surrounded with a steel sun shade system and reveals meant to define the main entry to the building.

What is the potential for this project's impact on the community and/or environment?

This project will help the workforce in Kilgore by adding 30 new jobs.
