The Crossing at Saratoga Springs Phase III

The Crossing at Saratoga Springs is located in one of the fastest growing areas in Utah. During phase III of this project, a unique, tilt-up building was constructed on the northern 9,000+ acre lot. Choosing a tilt-up construction method for this project helped expedite the schedule and provided clients with a durable, secure, energy efficient building shell. Now home to six different nationally recognized retailers, this building provides a variety of new resources for the surrounding community. Sportsman's Warehouse, Petco, Ross, Ulta Beauty, and Five Below currently occupy spaces, leaving only one available for a future tenant. Each distinct entrance has a custom storefront to welcome customers and employees.
