Synergy Canyons Phase III

Summarize the project's program, features and achievements.

The completion of Synergy Business Park Phase III is the last chapter for this site development plan. The last two architectural tilt-up buildings were completed to match the previous four. Two colors of exposed concrete (onyx & gray), sandblasting, and reveals were used to create the patterns visible on the exterior of the building. Major demolition, unique excavation needs, and widespread supply chain issues were early challenges that threatened the success of this project. Working closely with the owners, design team, Sandy city, and special inspectors helped ensure a high quality building. However, our greatest asset came in the form of a very detail oriented tilt-up contractor. Although Stout did not construct the first phase of the project, we were asked to match the color and finish of the first two buildings on site. Thanks to our talented tilt-up contractor, who has a TCA Certified Supervisor leading the team, we were able to match and even exceed expectations during phases II and III.
