This single-story, 500,000+ square foot tilt-up is strategically located adjacent to the Utah Motorsports Campus, Tooele Fairgrounds, and the Deseret Peak Complex. Featuring reveals and finished with natural-colored textured paint, this building both stands out and highlights the surrounding high desert landscape.
