Cosmos Corporation

The project is a one-story, approx. 169,948 sf build-to-suit office/manufacturing/distribution building for Point West Properties, on 24.49 acres in an industrial development in O’Fallon, Missouri. The exterior skin of the building will be load bearing, tilt-up concrete walls. The interior structure will include structural metal deck supported by steel bar joists, steel joist girders and steel columns. The building will contain finished office space totaling 40,000 sf, of which 20,000 sf is located on a mezzanine. The remaining area is allocated to manufacturing, storage and distribution.
