Miners Crossing

Miners Crossing is part of the effort to revitalize Lafayette, Colorado's downtown corridor. Public Road is the main street running through Lafayette's historic downtown sector. The area has become very popular for dining and shopping in recent years. Lafayette has become a more desirable area due to its proximity to Boulder, Colorado. Housing and retail/office space prices in Boulder County in general have sky rocketed making it difficult for businesses to survive in the City of Boulder. Lafayette is approximately 15 minutes from Boulder and is part of Boulder County. This property fills a need for both retail and office space in the growing community.
