Chisholm Trail Trade Center

Project consists of (3) tilt-wall warehouse buildings totaling 442,019 sf, associated site improvements of the 31 acre tract and a road extension. Building 1 is 90,588 sf with 24' clear height. Building 2 is 170,718 sf with 28' clear height. Building 3 is 180,713 sf with 28' clear height. Angled panels with formliner at each building entry, the articulation of entry panel placement and the tilt-panel color schemes are some of the features that make this project unique.
