Interchange Industrial Center consists of two tilt-up, Class-A industrial buildings and fire pump house. Building 1 is 173,720 SF designed for a single tenant or can be divided into four tenants. Building 2 is a 509,716 SF cross-docking building with concrete paving loading docks and truck parking lots. The offsite improvements included Belt Road (previously Centennial Pkwy), CMU retaining walls, drainage swales, and a lift station for future sewer connection. The buildings also have natural gas utilities and conduit for future telecommunications connections.
