Sioux Falls Office Building

LJC’s affiliate CRG is developing a 19-acre site in the Southwest corner of Sioux Falls, South Dakota for a financial services client. The office building campus is located within the Interstate of Crossing Business Park situated at I-29 and I-229. LJC is the architect and its parent company, Clayco, is the design-builder on the project. The150,000 SF four-story building was completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.The new facility leverages sustainability goals with employee wellness and engagement. A large central stair flooded with natural light from a skylight above encourages movement and connection among office groups while state-of-the art technology enables an entirely free address office landscape where employees select from an array of environments based on their task and team. The new facility features state-of-the art technology and incorporates the goals of the client’s environmental sustainability strategy.
