I-15 North Distribution Center

The I-15 North Industrial Park consists of three (3) state-of-the-art Class A distribution warehouses consisting of 340,000 SF of building and warehouse space capable of meeting the needs of modern logistics service providers among other potential tenants. The building(s) feature 30’ clear height(s), dock-high loading dock doors, speed bays, over 300 parking stalls, Southwest Gas, Cox Communication, and a traffic signal to assist with Large Semi-Truck access to the site/buildings.
