Edison Suncoast

The Edison Suncoast project is a 3-story tilt-up office building which highlights the use of concrete. Originally designed to be painted or stained, the owner was so impressed by the natural look of concrete after the building was erected made the decision easy to keep as a sealed concrete finish. The large punched openings invite an abundance of natural light into the structure stand out between the 1-1/2" recesses and galvanized horizontal beams built into the tilt-up panels. Formliner was used at the interior stairwell and lobby made to look like old random wood planks.
