CHIC II

CHIC II is the second phase of Ferrall Estates, Camble Heights industrial and warehouse development located in Surrey B.C. Canada. The project is comprised of two separate buildings totaling 94,836 sq. ft. featuring concrete tilt up offering decorative glazing, curtain walls and wood features. The 33ft high tilt up panels offer decorative reveals and are painted neutral colours to suite the location. CHIC II is now home to many businesses.
