HealthPark Medical Office Building provides the community of Cary and Wake Medical Hospital with diagnostic and specialty healthcare services. The site restraints required extensive stacking of panels while the architectural and stain coating demanded very flat casting services. The quality control of embeds, reveals, ledgers and other embedments paid off creating a very high finish for the stain coating. Working with the Architects, LS3P, we were able successful in the desired high level of detail envisioned with the use of recesses, reveals, and formliners. The success of this four-story Medical Office Building is evidenced by the Developers start of an additional five-story Tilt-Up on this site.
