3400 at CityLine is a new commercial office building along US 75 Central Expressway at Renner Road in Richardson, Texas. Best-in-class finishes and unmatched access and visibility distinguish this project among surrounding office developments. Cost-effective tilt-wall panels are clad in spandrel glass to provide a high-end curtainwall-like appearance. The building features 60,000 square foot floor plates and two-story atrium connecting the north and south entrances. An adjoining pre-cast garage provides 400 parking spaces. In addition, 3400 at CityLine is the first Wired-Certified ground-up development in Texas. Wired Certification is a commercial real estate rating system that empowers landlords to understand, improve, and promote their buildings' digital infrastructure.
