AML Inc completed this 72,000 Sq Ft Warehouse/Industrial space this spring serving as the General Contractor as well as the Tilt-Up contractor for the project. The building stands 28 feet tall and features 10 dock doors and 1 drive-in door. The project had 29 different panels types making up the 48 total panels connecting to a 7" floor slab. The 'Modern Tree' reveal covering the front wall of the building was a new design for the Louisville area. The 48 panel project was a challenge to complete as a result of the surrounding tree lines and large hill that the back wall of the building sits on top of. As a result of the tree lines a large portion of the panels had to be edge lifted in to place. The project did have a slab casting bed along with an exterior casting bed which was crushed after use and recycled as an exterior paving stone base.
