Medline Tracy

Project summary provided by submitting company.

The building footprint is over 1 million square feet. To meet the energy code requirements in California an insulated panel system was used. Because of the high seismic zone, a composite system was determined to be the most efficient panel system. At the time of this submittal, this was the largest composite panel building in the US according to Thermomass. Over 138,520 square feet of insulation was used for this project, and 92,758 composite connectors were used to complete the composite system. An additional 81 "X" connectors were used at high concentrated loads.
