Sacramento Natural Foods Co-Op Parking Structure

This parking structure is a four-level structure given the tricky directive by the City of Sacramento Planning Commission to not look like a parking structure. Through the creativity of the design team, over 250 parking stalls on an approximately 0.6-acre site were disguised into the overall landscape of the community. The structure was built in a timely fashion using an 8-inch-thick, non-bearing tilt-up panel system with concrete over metal deck floors.
