Matilda Building

The Matilda Building project is an 88,000-square-foot, mixed-use tilt-up building. The project has three floors of upscale apartments (including a penthouse gathering area and rooftop patio) and a 14,000-square-foot parking garage. Tilt-up panels combined with a geo-thermal heating and cooling system provide an energy-efficient, quiet environment for the 57 upscale apartments. In the face of space constraints (roadway on one side, rental house on the other), creative construction methods allowed this project to be completed.
