The Prestige Building is a four-story, 127,598-square-foot, Class-A office building. The structure has floor-to-ceiling glazing with a glass-to-wall ratio matching or exceeding other Class-A office spaces.
The Prestige building is the second of its kind in Utah, but it is the first to not rely on any structural steel for lateral load-resisting systems. The 57.5-foot-tall wall panels were constructed on the ground and then lifted into place. The building shell was erected within two weeks.
