The 112,495-square-feet is evenly divided between two large tilt-up boxes which are connected with a two story glass breezeway and pedestrian bridge. Insulated tilt-up concrete wall panels accelerated the construction schedule while reducing overall construction costs (as compared to other methods of construction) and providing a durable and energy efficient building. The exterior is a combination of modern and traditional architectural elements and finishes. The use of thin brick gives the appearance of a traditional brick structure, while the use of a glass breezeway, a cantilevered glass conference room, a two-story glass curtain wall at one corner and multiple vertical bands of diagonal curtain wall help to provide a modern feel. The modern and traditional elements are well balanced and also help with the massing. The exterior face of the panels is finished with thin brick, reveals, glazing, form liners and color.
