Intuit's Southwestern corporate office project consisted of two phases. Phase I included a 140,000 square foot, two-story build-to-suit corporate headquarters office building consisting of general office environments for software development engineers, a teleconferencing center, data center, full service cafeteria, fitness area, and broadcast studio for internet based filming. Phase II consisted of creating a campus for Intuit by providing architectural and interior design services for a new 85,000 square foot, three-story building. The goal was to maintain the architectural characteristics of Phase I. The interior design services included 59,000 square foot of private and open office areas, a 12,000 square foot data center, large meeting rooms, training rooms, and a courtyard with a raised stage designed for employee functions.
