Henderson Commerce Center

Seven buildings currently form the heart of this new tilt-up industrial complex.

Phase I of this light industrial complex was completed in 2005. It consists of two buildings totaling 358,000 square feet. This phase was designed for larger industrial tenants and includes clear heights of 24 feet to 30 feet. Both of these buildings were constructed with ESFR sprinklers to accommodate users with high piled storage.

Phase II, completed in early 2009, is comprised of five buildings totaling 240,000 square feet with clear heights ranging from 20 feet to 24 feet. Both phases were built using concrete tilt-up with open web steel joists and wood roof.

Phases III and IV are anticipated to incorporate both commercial and retail components.

The project's jurisdictional requirements for plan approval were challenging. The architectural features and landscaping provide a more sophisticated look than typically found in this type of development. The owner, intimately involved in the design process, takes great pride in the development of his projects.
