Orr Safety Corporation
Rounded corners will certainly eliminate any labels of the Orr Safety facility as a square box. The Louisville, Ky. project highlights the successful marriage of a warehouse and office structure, accomplished through Tilt-Up.
The entrance to the 90,000-square-foot facility, with Tilt-Up construction by AML Inc., is located in one of these rounded corners, further helping to soften the architectural look. By offsetting the stairwells, there is no tapering off of the design feature, rather, a distinct break, further narrowing the focus to the main entrance.
