The Building B4 at Stapleton Business Center in Denver, Colorado, occupied by L.A. Loving and Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, was completed in 230 days. Odell Architects, P.C. utilized a cast-in brick, reveals formliners, and storefront aluminum systems with glazing and EIFS cornices above the entry to achieve the distinctive look.
According to this year's judges, the architectural treatments on the 161,000-square-foot structure more closely resemble a retail facility than warehouse space.
