Sheylla serves as VP and General Counsel for Tiger Concrete and Screed, a tilt-up subcontractor located in Lakeland, Florida. She is responsible for the overall management and execution of daily operations within the company, as well as overseeing the financing and construction of each project. She also manages Tiger’s legal department which is responsible for labor and employment matters, contract review, negotiations, and all aspects of Risk & Compliance.
