Adolfo Galvan, Vice President of Preconstruction for VMG Construction Inc., leads by example in all that he does. From leading the preconstruction department or managing projects for the company. Adolfo’s vast experience over the past 14 years at VMG in the school tilt-up market has grown immensely with the company. In his role, he is involved with budgets/bids, negotiations, and overall operations of all projects for VMG Construction. He always seems to find himself drawn to challenging projects. With over 75% of the company revenue coming from schools, an outside-of-the-box mentality for planning and operations helps improve jobs where all the panels are unique. Working on multiple projects with critical paths running directly thru the structure creates many obstacles that need constant attention and direction. He and his wife, Natalie, have two boys and a baby girl. Most nights after work, Adolfo can be found at the soccer fields cheering on his boys playing soccer.
