Oltmans Construction Co. is a full service general contracting company specializing in commercial and industrial construction, renovations, solar, infrastructure and public works. We have earned our way to the top of California’s construction industry by staying true to the vision and business practices our founder J.O. Oltmans laid down over 80 years ago. Oltmans made its mark perfecting tilt-up construction. While many now imitate our success, we keep moving ahead — applying our expertise to new frontiers as we diversify our business and develop new skills. The logistics, accounting and management know-how we amassed refining concrete construction techniques is now driving down costs and raising quality in solar power, infrastructure, historic renovation and retrofits.
