David Venegas is President of Venegas Engineering Management & Construction (VEMAC), a leading firm in tilt-up concrete construction recognized for its innovation, craftsmanship, and impact across the Southwest. After earning his degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2002, David joined the family business in 2003 and quickly advanced VEMAC’s concrete division. His leadership has helped transform the built environments of El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, New Mexico, through the strategic implementation of concrete as a durable and cost-effective alternative to asphalt. A recipient of the prestigious TCA Contractor of the Year Award, David is known for uniting engineers, designers, and contractors to deliver creative, highly successful project outcomes.
