David Tomasula is a business leader, structural engineering expert, and design-build champion with nearly 30 years of experience delivering innovative, cost-effective design solutions that have saved owners and builders millions of dollars. He currently serves as Director of Design Integration at Alberici Constructors, Inc., where he enhances collaborative project delivery across a $1.6 billion annual construction portfolio. A recognized authority in tilt-up construction, David is a past president of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association and a current board member of Tilt Lab. Prior to joining Alberici, he spent 27 years at LJB Inc., leading the firm’s buildings and safety practices as a key member of its executive team.

About the Tilt-Up Concrete Association

Founded in 1986, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) strives to improve the quality and acceptance of site-cast Tilt-Up construction - one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, combining the advantages of reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction and minimal capital investment. Over 10,000 buildings, enclosing more than 650 million square feet, are constructed each year using this construction method.
