FCL Builders celebrated the ground breaking of Ashley Furniture’s South-Central Distribution and Fulfillment Center in Mesquite, TX on Tuesday October 17th. In attendance was the Mayor of Mesquite, city officials, Texas Governor Greg Abbott, and representatives from Ashley Furniture.

The Facility sits on 260 acres and consists of an 877,230-sqare-foot building with plans for future expansion up to 2 million square feet. This project is slated to be finished in the fourth quarter of 2018.
